This 20 minute presentation is well worth watching. It is one of the TED video perspectives on the rebuilding of Christchurch and is by urban designer James Lunday. Although he twice uses foul language his view of Christchurch as a city of villages and how these villages could be enhanced is very interesting and ties in strongly to our own growing conviction that our local ‘villages’ need our love and care.
